New details for Transform Fitness


 2/7 next week Tuesday's event,  if you work in the buildings, stop down for more info from 12-1:30 (lunch break) or join us 5:30-7 p.m, for testimony and demo of the fitness class! 

TRANSFORM is the first step towards Gods vision for my life by using fitness as a platform to share my testimony and help women to change their lives through faith and fitness. 
Location: 4 Penn Center West, suite 125  
Full body workout with certified trainer Mallery Schaffer  
12 (noon) Monday, 5:30 Wednesday & 6 a.m Friday 
* No fee per class: Open for all ladies who want to Transform   
All proceeds go towards my future fitness ministry
